You’ll take your overnight flight from Quebec City to Paris, arriving the following morning.

On arrival in Paris, transfer to Reims to meet your guide and plunge into the refined world of Champagne with a visit to the cellars and a tasting accompanied by cheese and champagne pairings in Chamery, before discovering the historic center of Reims and its majestic Gothic cathedral. Check-in at the Hôtel de la Paix 4* (or similar). D

Departure for Strasbourg for a traditional dinner, followed by a guided walking tour of this city with its rich heritage, combining European institutions and typical districts. At the end of the day, drive to Colmar and check-in at the Mercure Colmar Centre Interlinden 4* hotel (or similar). Dinner on your own. PD-D

Explore the famous Alsace Wine Route through picturesque villages such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim and Kaysersberg. Enjoy a tasting dinner at Domaine Adam with flammekueche and local wines. Return to Colmar for a city tour and evening at leisure. PD-D

Drive to Beaune, the heart of Burgundy, for a tour of the town and its famous Hospices with its polychrome roofs. The tour continues with a wine tasting in a downtown cellar. Check-in at the Au Grand Saint Jean 4* hotel (or similar). PD

Explore the prestigious Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits along the Burgundy Wine Route. A tasting dinner at Domaine Comte Senard will allow you to appreciate the great classics of Burgundian gastronomy accompanied by renowned crus. Return to Beaune to visit the Fallot mustard factory, then dinner at leisure.

Head for the Beaujolais region for an immersion in an authentic terroir of hills, vineyards and picturesque villages. Visit and tasting at an estate, traditional dinner, then discovery of the Pierres Dorées villages, including Oingt, classified as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France”. Check-in at the Hotel Globe et Cécil 4* (or similar) in Lyon. Evening at leisure. PD-D

Discover Lyon on a panoramic tour punctuated by walking stops: Fourvière hill, Renaissance-style Vieux Lyon and the Croix-Rousse district, cradle of Lyon’s silk industry. A typical dinner at Chez Daniel et Denise, an authentic Lyonnais “bouchon” run by Chef Joseph Viola, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, will immerse you in the local art of living, before a visit to a silk workshop. En route to the prestigious vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône, with tasting at Domaine Maison Guigal. Gourmet stop at the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona, an interactive space dedicated to the world of cocoa. Continue to Avignon and check-in at the Mercure Pont d’Avignon 4* hotel (or similar) for 2 nights. Discover Avignon, city of the Popes and festivals, on a guided tour including its majestic Palais des Papes. After a free dinner, explore the picturesque villages of the Lubéron region, where medieval charm and Provencal joie de vivre meet. Return to Avignon and evening at leisure. PD

Head south with a stop at the spectacular Pont du Gard, a UNESCO-listed Roman aqueduct and the highest in the world. Lunch at the on-site restaurant, then on to Carcassonne. Check-in at the Mercure Carcassonne La Cité 4* (or similar) and dinner included overlooking the ramparts of the famous medieval city. PD-D-S

Transfer to the station and travel by TGV 1ʳᵉ class to Bordeaux (3h50). Free dinner on arrival, followed by a guided tour of the UNESCO-listed city, with tasting of Bordeaux’s famous cannelés. Check-in at the Konti 4* hotel (or similar) for 2 nights. PD

Spend the day in Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO-listed medieval town with steep streets, troglodyte churches and famous wineries. A wine tasting at a winery completes the experience. Return to Bordeaux and end the day at leisure. PD

Transfer to the station and transfer by TGV 1ʳᵉ class to Paris (approx. 2 hours). Check-in at the Hotel Moderniste 4* (or similar) for a final night in the heart of the capital. Enjoy an end-of-stay dinner in a Parisian brasserie to conclude this tour in style. PD-S

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Quebec City.
