You’ll take your overnight flight from Montreal to Venice, arriving the following morning.

Welcome on arrival of your international flight at Venice airport and transfer to your hotel. Then enjoy a 2-hour guided tour of Treviso.

The morning begins with a 2-hour guided tour of the heart of the historic center, in sumptuous St. Mark’s Square, a veritable architectural gem.

Surrounded by iconic buildings such as the Clock Tower, the Procuraties, St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, the square alone embodies all the grandeur of the Serenissima. Here, you’ll discover the fascinating history of the Basilica, before continuing your stroll to the famous Rialto Bridge, a must-see symbol of the city and a lively gateway to the Grand Canal.

In the afternoon, depart from Tronchetto for a boat trip to discover the islands of the Venetian lagoon. You’ll stop off at Murano, where master glassmakers perpetuate the art of glassblowing, then at Burano, a charming fishing village renowned for its colorful houses and delicate lace.

Morning departure for the magnificent Tuscany region. En route, stop in Altopascio for a typically Tuscan experience at Antico Casale Toscano La Piaggia. The day continues on to Montecatini Terme, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and Italian charm.

A day dedicated to discovering Florence, a veritable open-air museum and cradle of the Italian Renaissance. The guided tour begins at the majestic Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo, the historic heart of the city, where the most emblematic religious monuments stand side by side. Admire the Baptistery with its famous bronze doors, Giotto’s Campanile and Brunelleschi’s dome, a masterpiece of Florentine Gothic art. The guided tour will take you from Piazza San Domenico to the majestic Piazza del Campo, one of Italy’s most beautiful squares, passing through lively alleyways and the sumptuous Gothic cathedral.
