Arrival in Johannesburg during the day.

Discover the emblematic township of Soweto by tuk-tuk, a vast urban network of 1.3 million inhabitants, made world-famous by its political struggles inspired by
black American theology and the Black Power movement.

Dinner at a Shebeen restaurant.

Departure for Hazyview, stopping at Corn & Cob to discover the Ndebele culture.

Check-in, dinner and overnight at the NEW HAZYVIEW 3* hotel (or similar).

HAZYVIEW / BLYDE RIVER / PILGRIM'S REST / KRUGER PARK (400KM/07H00)

Breakfast. Departure for the discovery of the Blyde River Canyon. Then lunch. Drive to Pilgrim’s Rest to discover this listed former mining village.

Settle into your tented camp on the edge of Kruger Park.

Dinner and overnight at UNYATI TENTED CAMP 3* (or similar)

KRUGER NATIONAL PARK (+/- 60KM during the day, depending on wildlife observation)

Morning snack Then off for a day’s 4×4 safari in the Kruger National Park.

Picnic lunch in the park.

Return to camp for a sunset aperitif by the lake on the camp concession.

Boma dinner and overnight in camp.

KRUGER PARK / KINGDOM OF ESWATINI (250KM/03H30)

Early breakfast in the bush at the camp concession. Drive to the Kingdom of Eswatini and border crossing. Continuation to Hlane Reserve.

Dinner. Then off on a 4×4 and walking safari in search of rhinos, accompanied by an English-speaking ranger guide.

Breakfast.

Departure for a visit to a local market where you’ll learn how to make handmade candles. Continue on to Hluhluwe.

ZULU NYALA PRIVATE RESERVE / ISIMANGALISO PARK / ZULU NYALA (150KM DAY TRIP)

Drive to St. Lucia and departure for a water safari in the heart of the Isimangaliso Area Park in search of hippos and crocodiles.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Return to Hluhluwe for a 4×4 safari accompanied by your English-speaking ranger on the tracks of the Zulu Nyala Reserve.

Transfer to Durban airport and assistance with boarding your flight to Capetown.

Welcome by your new local English-speaking guide. Depart for a panoramic city tour of Cape Town. You’ll discover the Castle of Good Hope, the old docks, the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, the Woodstock district and its designer craft stores in the Old Biscuit Mill gallery. Discover the Bo Kaap district, with its brightly-colored houses. Meet a local family.

Malay cooking class and dinner with local people.

Breakfast.

Departure for the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, nestled at the foot of majestic Table Mountain, one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in the world. A true South African national treasure, it celebrates the unique biodiversity of Cape flora in a breathtaking natural setting.

Discover the Waterfront and dine at leisure.

In the afternoon, climb Table Mountain by cable car (weather permitting), then continue to Signal Hill for a South African champagne aperitif overlooking Cape Town.

CAP DE BONNE ESPERANCE (170KM DAY TRIP)

Breakfast.

A day entirely dedicated to discovering the Cape of Good Hope peninsula. Cruise to Hout Bay seal island.

Discover Simon’s Town, a charming coastal village with a rich maritime heritage, before meeting the famous penguins of Boulders Beach on one of South Africa’s idyllic beaches.

Fish dinner.

Continuation to the Cape of Good Hope.

Return to Capetown and dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

CAPE TOWN / WINE ROUTE / CAPE TOWN (150KM DAY TRIP)

Breakfast.

A day dedicated to discovering the Wine Route. Board the Wine Tram, a picturesque tramway that winds through the heart of South Africa’s beautiful wine valleys, offering breathtaking panoramas of vineyards and mountains. Stop off at several wineries to sample different grape varieties.

Dinner.

Then back to Capetown.

Farewell dinner in an African specialty restaurant. Night at the hotel.
